Barrow trio suffer sickness bug

Barrow have been hit by a sickness bug that is affecting their preparations ahead of Saturday's Blue Square Bet Premier tie at Grimsby Town.Bluebirds' defender Paul Edwards, striker Jason Walker and midfielder Mark Boyd have all been struck down by the illness.

It is not yet known if the trio will feature in Saturday's clash.

Meanwhile goalkeeper Clark Masters will be back for Barrow after recovering from a groin injury.

Barrow currently lie 17th in the Blue Square Bet Premier, a win over Grimsby Town on Saturday could lift them to 13th.
